THE ORE DELIVERY: PART I
Trading with Timberlake By accident of disorder, Zhelavar found herself in contact with a Dwarf from, well, wherever Dwarves come from. The two had similar acquantances in the land of Dereth, and Zhel welcomed a friendly voice in her head what with everything else being still very foreign to her.

The Dwarf's name was Tybolt, and he proved to be a rather amiable and friendly fellow. He told Zhelavar of his plans to master the crafting arts and to use his gift to help build and construct freely for others. Zhelavar was fascinated by how organized and prepared he was for his new life. Being more accustomed to hitting the ground running, it was intriguing for Zhel to hear someone tell their plans of where they expect to be in a few months and what all they are hoping to accomplish with this newfound embodiment and this brand new world.

After a bit of discussion back and forth, Tybolt asked Zhel if she could help him with a task. Anxiously she agreed, and Tybolt informed her that his associate would be in The Village near the warehouse. At the time, Zhelavar was at the northern tip of the island, as she was in the process of exploring to find out how many species of spiders live there, but she gladly headed back to The Village in hopes of obtaining a new challenge or task to overcome.

The task: Deliver a shipment of ore to Tybolt in the Dwarven lands.
Payment: 4000 adena.

Tybolt's associate was very familiar with The Island, and showed Zhelavar quite a bit about the new world. He explained how the Gatekeeper can help with travel and where she was. He gave Zhel a list of items that Tybolt is looking to stock, and explained a few of the basics of the warehousing system. The two spent most of the evening discussing their backgrounds, the realm, the din of profanity around them, and about goals in the new land.

The sun began to set and the associate suggested that Zhelavar would be a welcomed part of their team should she decide to join them. Zhelavar returned a smile and said she'd be happy to join a clan under Tybolt.

"Very good," he said, "but Tybolt is very set about the clan being a collection of peers. No one is over or under anyone."

Zhel smiled, "That works fine for me. My disposition has changed over the years, and I am looking forward to being partof a family or group. I will be seeing you about! I've got some mapping and exploration to do if I plan to get this ore to Tybolt in a reasonable amount of time!"

And with that they parted, and Zhel began her investigation into where in the world they kept the Dwarves.
